Students should bring a 1.5-inch three-ring binder, a notebook, and any completed homework assignments. It’s also helpful to have a list of questions or topics they need assistance with. Stationery will be available in the classroom.

What should I do if my child misses a tutoring session due to illness or a personal reason?

Please notify us as soon as possible via phone, text, or email if your child will be absent. We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for a makeup session. We generally allow a reasonable number of makeup classes to accommodate absences.

Will the tutoring center be open during public holidays and term breaks?

Our tutoring center will be closed on public holidays and during term breaks. We adhere to the public holiday schedule and will close in observance of these days. We will provide advance notice of the term break dates to help you plan accordingly. If you need worksheets for your child to work on during the term breaks, please let us know.

What happens if I am late for pick-up or drop-off, and can someone else pick up my child?

If you are late for pick-up, please contact the center immediately. We will ensure that your child remains supervised until you arrive. However, repeated late pick-ups may lead to a discussion about alternative arrangements. If someone other than a parent will be picking up your child, please provide their details in advance. This person should be listed as an emergency contact on the form, and we may ask for identification to ensure your child’s safety.
